The parallel to a teacher in any classroom may seem appropriate as a teacher needs all the competencies and courage to face challenges, common sense seasoned with creativity to solve problems, capability to communicate the concepts of a particular content that comes from a curriculum, stamina to cope with all the classroom-related issues, creating connections among the cohort members so they will never cease to collaborate.
