Companies worry that their employees’ skills will soon become obsolete. But are these worries justified and what opportunities can rise from digitization?

What skills are really needed in order to best cope with AI, IoT and industry 4.0? The answer to this question cannot only be found in the skills themselves, but also in the support for acquiring them. What is leadership 4.0 and how can it help closing the feared knowledge gap? Beyond e-learning, what impact does digitization have on training? This webinar opens up different perspectives on the challenges for organizations of the 21st century. Its holistic approach focuses on intercultural competencies and their role for the digital transformation. After the webinar, the audience will be invited to bring in their experience and opinions.

Dr. Nina Dziatzko is owner of Diversia Consulting. Her company is specialized in accompanying organizations on their way through digital transformation with organizational development, intercultural training programs and coaching. She works for global players and hidden champions in Europe and Asia. As lecturer, she teaches intercultural competence, future trends and sustainable personnel management.
