“Developing intercultural skills drives greater productivity, improves team performance and provides a competitive advantage. Lack of intercultural skills can significantly impact both organizational and individual success. This is why intercultural learning is extremely important in today's world of global work, as well as knowing how to learn quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, today’s employees are overwhelmed, distracted and impatient, and learning effectively is increasingly becoming a challenge. Luckily, research is continually advancing our knowledge of how neuroscience can support effective learning. This webinar will share 5 secrets from neuroscience to help you develop intercultural training programs that accelerate the intercultural learning among your learners.

Gabriela Weglowska is an Intercultural Skills Consultant at Learnlight and Director of Communications at SIETAR UK. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations develop their intercultural skills. She advises on and develops blended learning solutions for global clients, including an instructional design of face-to-face and digital content, using the latest insights from neuroscience and psychology on learning. As a lifelong learner, Gabriela holds an MA in Intercultural Business Communication, a CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development and a Practitioner Certificate in Applied Neuroscience. “
