"The webinar will focus on how we have  integrated  21st century competencies in our language school. We have changed our approach to teaching languages through a series of actions: from  teacher development to  students enrolment. We can be not just language services providers but also life competencies enhancers! We believe that incorporating a systematic approach depends on sharing a common vision, on good collaboration between departments and adequate training. We will also explore a few examples illustrating how our administrative staff and director of study are  incorporating the idea of life competencies when talking to our potential clients."
