Abstract: In this webinar, we are going to look at the relevance of performance indicators in the decision-making process of ELT managers. We will start by discussing what makes a good performance indicator and the contexts in which they can be used. We will move on to look at the resistance that a manager can anticipate in the implementation process and how to benefit from the information gathered to enhance academic and overall performance.
Biodata: Vinicius Nobre has been working in ELT for over 23 years. He has worked as a teacher, teacher educator, material developer and academic director in some of the most reputable language centres in Brazil. He is a CELTA, ICELT and DELTA tutor, past president of BRAZ-TESOL and has written course books and methodology books. He holds an MA in Language Education and a post-graduate certificate in Business Management.
