“LTE is the most recent addition to the LanguageCert International English exam portfolio. In this webinar, we introduce the qualification and trace the difficulties of developing a CAT, from building a bank of calibrated items to accurately measuring candidate ability. We will consider the advantages and limitations of our approach, and discuss aspects of testing which teachers and candidates need to be aware of.”
