About the webinar:
“During this webinar, participants will leave with three measurable takeaways: First, a greater understanding of the scale of the problem the education system faces due to its general lack of dyslexia awareness, coupled with the ability to communicate the urgency and importance of this problem to important actors (school heads, teachers, authors, etc); second, a deepened understanding of what dyslexia is, and how it affects the learner in an EFL context, coupled with an appreciation of the types of learning and communication that work and don’t work; and third, some simple teaching tips that will work (almost) immediately, allowing greater learning in – and out of – the classroom.
Together, these takeaways form a “toolkit” – a gauge to help participants see where the problems lie, a spirit level to allow them to find the right balance for a learning environment, and a spanner to help them adjust and tighten up what they’re already doing.”
About the speaker:
Martin has worked in intercultural dyslexia awareness for twenty years, speaking in front of governments, departments of International Trade, and conferences worldwide.
